Commissioned by Cadogan Estates and designed in collaboration with Stiff
+ Trevillion Architects, a lushly planted mixed-use retail and office environment
brings nature to Sloane Street and Pavilion Road. Inspired by the principles of
botanical geography, we identified specific plant communities to be planted
across the building’s many levels and outdoor spaces. Taking into account the
development’s various microclimates, subtropical lush evergreen vegetation was
planted in the sunken courtyard, drought-tolerant tree species were selected
for the surrounding public realm and wind-resistant perennials populate the
building’s many balconies and outdoor private spaces.
Developed as part of
the Bradley-Hole Schoenaich Landscape Architects team.
