The proposal is for an office development, replacing and expanding the existing accommodation and increased provision of external green space with an extensive roof terraces at upper levels. The proposed new office space is to be designed to provide for the needs of modern occupants, and allow for flexibility of use for the future to prolong building life span. The proposals aim to achieve a net zero carbon, all electric building development and will be designed to inclusive and fully accessible where possible within the existing building constraints to people with disabilities.

Across the building, the landscaped terraces offer a variety of seating and planting, creating an inviting and comfortable space for relaxation, social interaction, or informal meetings. With its stunning views and lush surroundings, the upper terrace will provide a peaceful retreat that fosters well-being while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding cityscape.
