Working with LDS Architects to create a high-quality, flexible working environment close to Southwark Bridge, we have developed a series of densely planted terraces that envelop the building across all levels.

The planted terraces will feature a variety of grasses, shrubs and perennials that create changing layers of colour and texture throughout the year. Each terrace provides comfortable, green, sheltered spaces for working, meeting and relaxing with stunning views across London.
